Sending a big hello after this lovely Memorial Day weekend… well at least the weather was lovely in Boulder, Colorado! I spent the weekend in Boulder with my sister and was not envious of the crummy weather in Chicago (except for a HOT Monday). I met my friend, Alyssa, for dinner, and we enjoyed a few glasses of wine with our meal. When I read the menu, my eyes were instantly drawn to the flatbread section, so I knew we had to share a flatbread as an appetizer.
