NAPIZZA-San Diego, CA

 

What can I say?! Every stop on my October West Coast trip with Jon involved some type of pizza… It’s an addiction, I know.

This pizza slice was fresh… but not my style of pie. The slice was pretty big though, and can’t complain about portion sizing :).
It’s fun how they put their pizza ‘style’ on the wall… mentioning 00 flour (special stuff, and common for italians) as well as a 3 day rise of their dough. That’s patience for a fast-casual business that has to worry about space, but it was a nice touch.
Toppings kind of fell off the pie, but it was a flavorful crust. Cute presentation.
