I had a great meal with friends after an awesome wedding weekend for Lauren and Jordan. Everyone had been telling me to check out Stella Barra and I’m glad I did. We ordered a few appetizers and a few pizzas… Plenty for seven people.

The appetizers:
Charred Brussels sprouts
Fresh Burrata (with figs & grapes)
Oven Roasted Cauliflower
Bread & house-churned butter
The pizzas:
Corn specialty white pizza, with a tiny spice kick
1/2 Bloomsdale Spinach pie (Kale, pecorino, garlic, black pepper, evoo)
1/2 Shaved mushroom pie (gruyere, onions, black truffle, parsley, rosemary, thyme)
The flavors on the pizzas were quite clever. I loved the combination on the corn pie, and others were unique as well. The crust wasn’t my favorite as it was more of a sturdy and substantial taste rather than light and fluffy (my preference). Regardless, the toppings really stole the show.

Brussels Sprouts "The Brussel sprouts were the perfect balance of crispy and soft... And awesome sauce" said Becky.
Bread + Butter + Dipping oil "Order the house churned butter with your bread but save some for when the pizza comes! It's an excellent complement to the crust."- Diana
All of the appetizers received rave reviews from my friends! I highly recommend the Brussels sprouts!
